RETURN POLICY

It can happen, of course. You have ordered and received a bike. The bike is not quite what you expected or maybe the bike is too big or too small. You have the option to return your bike within 14 days if the bike is unused. Read below which conditions we set for returning your bike. 

To return your bike we ask you to contact us.
This can be done by emailing us: info@pactobike.com 
 
Bike in box 
The bike must be returned in the same way as you received it. So disassembled and in the original packaging.We would like to receive a photo of the packaged bike before we provide you with a return label. 
We don't do pick ups at home address. The package must be handed out to a parcel shop for return. 
 
Please note: The costs for returning a bicycle in box are € 35, - and for the account of the customer.  

Processing your return 
We do our best to process your return order within 7 working days from the moment the bike is received in our warehouse. 

Do you want to exchange your bike? Then we will create a new order for you. 

Have you chosen to receive your purchase amount back? You will then receive this back within 14 days after receiving the bike in our warehouse. We will deduct the return costs from the amount to be refunded to you.
